Case Study – Professional Licensure

With an administrative licensing sanction facing the client, the licensing board initiated talks to resolve the case. Given that the client did nothing wrong, misinformation was provided to the investigator, the investigation was not thorough, and the facility refused to produce pertinent portions of the medical record we refused to enter into any negotiations until pertinent medical records were produced. Eventually medical records were produced which exonerated the client, and the licensure action was dismissed. The client continues to have an untarnished license.
