The American Nurses Association – Michigan Chapter’ in its Summer newsletter, published the second of the four-part series discussing professional licensure investigations, and health care professionals’ rights when advised that such investigation have been initiated. In this second article, the health care professional’s rights and the importance of preparing for the investigator’s interview are discussed.
