Michigan Nurse Charged With Second Degree Vulnerable Adult Abuse

On September 1st Michigan’s Attorney General Dana Nessel announced that Beverly Ann Bratcher, LPN was charged with second degree vulnerable adult abuse stemming from two incorrect medications being administered to a patient.
